Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of New England, who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry and can provide a valid, government-issued, photo ID. Employees of Tree House Craft Cannabis and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period: The contest begins on 2/2/2024 at 4:20pm and ends on 2/7/2024 at 4:20pm (Eastern time). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win. To participate, individuals must:

• Visit a Tree House Craft Cannabis location and scan the designated QR code.
• Complete the survey provided after scanning the QR code. Incomplete surveys will not be eligible.

Prizes: Two (2) winners will each receive two (2) tickets to a Boston Celtics game. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Tree House Craft Cannabis. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Tree House Craft Cannabis. Winners will be notified via email/phone on 2/7/2024 following the selection. Tree House Craft Cannabis shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings.

Tree House Craft Cannabis reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Tree House Craft Cannabis’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Tree House Craft Cannabis and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the contest and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
